One of our partner companies, Oasis Business Services Int Ltd hold this license. This website allows individuals (Users) to access theory driving test questions based on the Questions and answers currently used in the official Driving Standards Agency UK driving theory tests (the Service). Your use of this web site is subject to the following terms and conditions, which by using the web site you are deemed to accept: 2. How the Paid Service works We will (for a period - depending upon the package chosen) permit Users to access questions and answers currently used in Driving Standards Agency (DSA) theory test. If these questions or answers change, we will update the Service as soon as possible. We cannot, however, be held responsible if the DSA fails to notify us of a change to any question; for any delay in updating the Service; or if a question which is not available on the Service is asked in an actual test. To use the Service, User needs to pay for the service. Payment is processed through third party payment gateways as per their terms and conditions. We reserve the right to terminate any services offered to FREE users with out any prior notice. 3. Accessibility : Operating system and browser versions pass-test.co.uk currently supports only windows operating system (OS) and internet explorer (IE) 5.5 and later. So we have recommended to view this site on a computer with above configuration. Please make sure you can access free questions before making payment. If you are using any other OS (e.g Macintosh) or other browser (e.g. Netscape navigator) or older versions of IE, you will not be able access theory test questions. Liability - We try to ensure the accuracy of all of the content. However, we do not accept any liability for the use made by you of the content. To purchase any of our services or products you must register your details with the website. We secure all personal data using a password that the user chooses.
