| Q. | Why is software activation necessary?

| | If you do not activate the software you can not use all functions of the application.
Some of the limitations include the following:

You cannot access entire official theory test question bank. |

You can access entire hazard perception test clips. |
|

| Q. | How to activate the software? |
| |
- First install the software by double clicking on the setup.exe file in the CD ROM.
Follow the on screen instructions and complete the installation.
- Launch the application, complete ‘Quick registration’ process
(Optional step).
To use the application for the first time click on ‘Add user’ on the next login screen.
- Application main menu click on the menu ‘Upgrade to professional version’
- Click on ‘Enter activation key’ and enter your activation and product key to activate the software.

The keys are case sensitive. |

First letter of both keys is letter ‘O’ and not the number zero. |
