| Q. | Why do I get message “Your trial period is expired”?
|
| | We provide 15 days tryout period for pass-test. After installation, the first screen that appears upon launch will indicate the number of days remaining in your trial. The trial version’s counter begins on the first day of successful installation and launch of the trial software. When the trial has expired, you must purchase the software to continue using it.

| Q. | Can I re-install the pass-test trial software?
|
| | Unfortunately, it is not possible to re-install the trial version once it expires at the end of the trial period.
When the trial period runs out you will not be able to install another copy of this trial onto the same computer to try the software again.
However, you can, install the trial software onto another machine that has not previously had the trial installed on it. If you still have any further queries, please contact us.

| Q. | How do I activate the pass-test software?
|
| | Click on the “Activate now” button available on login form. You will see the form as shown below:
Enter your name and activation key.
Please note, you do not have to enter the product ID for web version. And Name is only for the display purpose.
