I have received the link, but can’t download the file? |

After successful registration, you will receive download link by email.
Link can also be found in the ‘My account’ details, click here to login
You will see the box offering the option to 'Open' or 'Save' the file, select 'Save', and save to your desktop or your preferred location.
If you did not select 'Close this dialog box when the download completes', you will have the option to 'Open Folder', or 'Close once the download completes'. Select 'Open’ and the installation will begin:
If you selected 'Close this dialog box when the download completes', go to your desktop or the folder you selected, and find the file. The name is displayed in the 'Download manager' during the download. Double-click this file to start installation.
If you are using, any internet security make sure it is not blocking the download. |

In case of website download, we provide 15 days tryout period for pass-test. After installation, the first screen that appears upon launch will indicate the number of days remaining in your trial. The trial version’s counter begins on the first day of successful installation and launch of the trial software. When the trial has expired, you must purchase the software to continue using it. |

Can I re-install the pass-test trial software?

In case of website download, we provide 15 days tryout period for pass-test.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to re-install the trial version once it expires at the end of the trial period. When the trial period runs out you will not be able to install another copy of this trial onto the same computer to try the software again. However, you can, install the trial software onto another machine that has not previously had the trial installed on it. |
